 Re: Cell phones/plans?
Just got back from looking at a phone...again. Left a text message on it that said "This phone is cheaper at amazon." and left.

 Re: Cell phones/plans?
What small print? No small print except the part about laughing at the people who payed $100 for the same thing.

 Re: Cell phones/plans?
Put my iPhone 3GS up on ebay last night and am ordering a Motorola Droid from Amazon this afternoon. I was happy with the iPhone, and I don't think AT&T's network sucks as badly as many people seem to claim, but the wife-to-be and I needed to get on a shared plan and we both were happiest on Verizon, so I'm going back. I've wanted an Android device for a long time, so I'm pretty excited about getting the Droid.

 Re: Cell phones/plans?
A friend of mine recently bought one and loves it. He's not very tech savvy and was pretty much sold by the commercials so I'm sure you will love it a great deal more and make better use of it.
I had AT&T as a carrier about 10 years ago and didn't care for them at all. I'm not sure how their service or policies are now but it was less than desired back then.
I have heard good things about Verizon and have several friends and family members on that. I am with t-mobile for they had the plan that suited me best at the time. It's really between t-mobile and verizon for me these days. What it really boils down to for me is the incalling: who has which carrier, who do I talk to the most out of them and where can I save the most minutes by doing so. Obviously, the one we all probably talk to the most is our significant others so being on the same plan is a no brainer.
Zuzana and I have 700 shared minutes which we haven't even come close to breaching because of t-mobile to t-mobile although that costs an extra $5/month I believe. I also try to make longer non-tmobile calls at work and via landlines.

 Re: Cell phones/plans?
You're keeping the same number though right? If not, lemme know.
I'm on At&t and havent had any issues. Never had a disconnect ever. Pretty much get 3-4 bars every where. Believe they are using 4G in Dallas area right now. Brother and wife can't wait to get off Verizon. Don't know why.
